How do I qualify for the Pick Your Patio Bonus offer?

To qualify for the ‘Pick Your Patio Bonus’ offer you need to purchase a Stratco Outback® Patio over 18m2 or Allure or Sunroof over 15m2 from a Stratco Australia store or Authorised Stratco Outback® Dealer between 3/7/26 to 13/8/26.

For supply only purchases, full payment must be received by 13/8/26. The final pick up or delivery of your qualifying purchase must be completed by 27/9/26. If the pickup or delivery is not made by this date the bonus offer is forfeited and invalid. For supply and install purchases, a deposit must be paid to an Authorised Stratco Outback® Dealer by 13/8/26 and the patio must be delivered by 31/12/26 to remain eligible. If not, the bonus offer will be forfeited.

How do I register to secure my bonus item(s)?

When can I collect my bonus item(s)?

The collection of the bonus item(s) is coordinated by JB Hi-Fi. The bonus item(s) can be collected from your nearest JB Hi-Fi store following the completion of installation and notification from JB Hi-Fi.

Can the bonus item be substituted for another product or cash discount?

No - the bonus offer item cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.

Do I need to pay for the entire Patio to qualify?

Yes - For eligible DIY products sold through Stratco Home Improvement Stores, full payment must be made within the promotional period to qualify for the Pick Your Patio Bonus offer.

For eligible Supply & Install products sold through Authorised Stratco Outback® Dealers, a deposit must be paid within the promotional period to qualify for the Pick Your Patio Bonus offer.

Can I still get the bonus item(s) if I purchase my Patio using Interest Free Finance offer?

For eligible DIY products purchased through our Home Improvement Stores you cannot get both offers together – the Pick Your Patio Bonus offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. This includes the current Interest Free Terms offers available.

For eligible Supply & Install products purchased through our Independent Authorised Stratco Outback® Dealers, it is at the discretion of the Stratco Outback® Dealer as to whether they will allow Interest Free Terms finance to be used in conjunction with the Pick Your Patio Bonus offer.

Does the promotional offer include installation of the item(s)?

No, the bonus is for the supply only of the Pick Your Patio Bonus items.
